Allocation of Claims

Claimants exercising public authority may submit their claims to bailiffs for compulsory enforcement through the Chamber of Enforcement Officers and Bankruptcy Trustees (hereinafter the Chamber), by submitting the relevant claims via the information system for the submission and allocation of claims of public authorities.

The information system for the submission and allocation of claims of public authorities has been developed through cooperation between the Chamber, the Ministry of Justice and the Centre of Registers and Information Systems. Since 1 March 2015, claims submitted by public authorities must be allocated to bailiffs through this information system.

The e-Täitur information system has a web-based user interface accessible at: https://etaitur.kpkoda.ee.

To obtain access to the information system, public authorities are requested to send the following information about their institution to the Chamber’s adviser, Jaan Lõõnik (e-mail: nouded@kpkoda.ee):

  1. The institution’s registered name, registry code, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and bank account number(s).
  2. The name, personal identification code, contact telephone number and e-mail address of the e-Täitur information system administrator.
  3. If applicable, the name, personal identification code, contact telephone number and e-mail address of the e-Täitur information system user.

The Chamber’s contact person for matters concerning the allocation of claims submitted by public authorities and user support is adviser Jaan Lõõnik (telephone: +372 646 4619, e-mail: nouded@kpkoda.ee).
