Examination board

Examination board:

1)      organizes and carries out the competition to fill the enforcement officers’s position;

2)      organizes and carries out the exam for enforcement officers and trustees;

3)      checks the credability of the candidate for the enforcement officers’s assistant job and the invitation applier for the trustee;

4)      carries out evaluation dialogues and decides the sending of the enforcement officers, enforcement officers’s assistant or trustee of bankruptcy to the supporting exam and the date of it if the enforcement officers,       enforcement officers’s assistant or trustee of bankruptcy have not fulfilled their duty towards the supporting course as it is written in the law to date;

5)      examinates the enforcement officers, enforcement officers’s assistants and trustees of bankruptcy who are assigned to the supporting exam;

6)      enacts the guide for taking the proffessional work of science and teaching under consideration when evaluating the fulfillment of the duty towards the supporting course;

7)      prepares the training of the enforcement officer and the trustee of bankruptcy and evaluates the execution of it

People in the examination board:

1)      one enforcement officer appointed by the Enforcement Officers’s Occupational Union;

2)      one trustee appointed by the Trustees` Occupational Union;

3)      two persons appointed by the minister of justice;

4)      one auditor appointed by the board of auditors.
