Court of honour
Court of honour can resolve:
- complaints about enforcement officers’ or trustees’ behaviors;
- complaints about enforcement officers’ or trustees’ actions or disciplinary procedures given to be discussed by the Ministery of Justice.
Court of honour is assembled for five years with seven members. Three enforcement officers, three trustees and one person appointed by the Minister of Justice belong to the court of honour.
