Court of honour can resolve:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. complaints about enforcement officers\u2019 or trustees\u2019 behaviors;<\/li>\n
  2. complaints about enforcement officers\u2019 or trustees\u2019 actions or disciplinary procedures given to be discussed by the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Court of honour is assembled for five years with seven members. Three enforcement agents, three trustees in bankruptcy, one trusted person and one person appointed by the Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs belong to the court of honour.<\/p>\n\t\n\n\n
