Managing committee<\/p>\n

Managing committee is the Chamber\u2019s management body who leads and plans the Chamber\u2019s activities and organizes accounting and other reporting. Managing committee ensures the enforcement of the Enforcement agents Occupational Union and Trustees` Occupational Union decisions and fulfilling of the tasks resulting from Chamber`s legislation.<\/p>\n

Chairman<\/p>\n

Managing committee elects the Chamber\u2019s chairman and deputy chairman from the members of the Managing body. Chamber\u2019s chairman arranges the committee`s activities. In absence of the chairman, Chamber\u2019s activities are arranged by the deputy chairman.<\/p>\n

Enforcement agent\u2019s Occupational Union and Trustees` Occupational Union board<\/p>\n

Enforcement agent\u2019s Occupational Union and Trustees` Occupational Union boards are the Chamber\u2019s permanent management bodies, who lead the Chamber\u2019s activities and execute the Enforcement agent\u2019s Occupational Union, Trustees` Occupational Union and Managing Bodydecisions. Both boards are responsible for executing Chamber\u2019s assignments in their own fields. Three Enforcement agents belong to Enforcement agent\u2019s Occupational Unionboard. Three trustees belong to Trustees` Occupational Union board. The deadline for the authorizations for both members of the board is five years.<\/p>\n

Examination board:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. organizes and carries out the competition to fill the enforcement agent\u2019s position;<\/li>\n
  2. organizes and carries out the exam for enforcement agent\u2019s and trustees;<\/li>\n
  3. checks the credability of the candidate for the enforcement agent\u2019s assistant job and the invitation applier for the trustee;<\/li>\n
  4. carries out evaluation dialogues and decides the sending of the enforcement agent, enforcement agent\u2019s assistant or trustee of bankruptcy to the supporting exam and the date of it if the enforcement agent, enforcement agent\u2019s assistant or trustee of bankruptcy have not fulfilled their duty towards the supporting course as it is written in the law to date;<\/li>\n
  5. examinates the enforcement agent, enforcement agent\u2019s assistants and trustees of bankruptcy who are assigned to the supporting exam;<\/li>\n
  6. enacts the guide for taking the proffessional work of science and teaching under consideration when evaluating the fulfillment of the duty towards the supporting course;<\/li>\n
  7. prepares the training of the enforcement agent\u2019s and the trustee of bankruptcy and evaluates the execution of it<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    People in the examination board:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. one enforcement agent appointed by the Enforcement agent\u2019s Occupational Union;<\/li>\n
    2. one trustee appointed by the Trustees` Occupational Union;<\/li>\n
    3. two persons appointed by the minister of justice;<\/li>\n
    4. one auditor appointed by the board of auditors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Audit committee
      \nAudit committee controls the Chamber\u2019s economic activities.
      \nCourt of honour<\/p>\n

      Court of honour can resolve:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. complaints about enforcement agents\u2019 or trustees\u2019 behaviors;<\/li>\n
      2. complaints about enforcement agents\u2019 or trustees\u2019 actions or disciplinary procedures given to be discussed by the Ministery of Justice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Court of honour is assembled for five years with seven members. Three enforcement agents, three trustees and one person appointed by the Minister of Justice belong to the court of honour.<\/p>\n

        Development committee<\/p>\n

        The Chamber\u2019s development committee is formed to define and shape Chamber and its members\u2019 perspective development possibilities.<\/p>\n

        Legal committee<\/p>\n
